Certified Arborists
· Description: This position entails surveying commercial and residential properties, handling proposal requests from clients, performing site inspections, and identifying tree and plant health care needs. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including consulting with new and existing clients on any tree and/or plant health care concerns. They will also ensure the safe operation of all employees, equipment and materials.

· Requirements: Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and training skills. Must be comfortable working with clients, supervising employees, and meeting deadlines on a daily basis. Minimum 3 years of plant and tree service experience with advanced knowledge and familiarity of plant health care products, accurate diagnosis, and services. Two or four year degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscaping or Environmental Design preferred. Must have ISA Arborist Certification. Valid driver’s license and good driving record necessary. Must have or able to obtain valid CDL license.

Tree Climber
· Description: This position entails serving as a team member of a tree care crew with the primary responsibility of climbing, and assisting crew leaders in the performance of all services. Performs all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by crew leader or designated supervisor

· Requirements: Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and/or vocational training or job-related course work. Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is necessary. Valid driver’s license and good driving record necessary. Must have or able to obtain valid CDL license.
